How is the drinkware packed to prevent scratches or dents during shipping? We treat your presentation with absolute care. Every Elystora bottle is enclosed in a protective matte sleeve to prevent surface scuffs, packed inside a sleek custom cardboard cylinder or box, and shipped within a rigid corrugated outer carton to guarantee it arrives completely scratch-free, dent-free, and pristine.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can follow your package straight to your doorstep.

Product Performance, Use & Care

Can I put carbonated drinks or juices inside my Elystora flask? Yes! Thanks to our high-grade 18/8 pro-grade stainless steel interior, Elystora drinkware is highly resistant to acidic beverages and won't corrode. However, when filling with carbonated liquids, please open the lid carefully as pressure build-up can cause slight splashing.

How should I clean and maintain my Elystora tumbler? To preserve the vibrant powder-coat outer finish and premium vacuum seal, we highly recommend hand washing your bottle with a soft bottle brush, warm water, and mild dish soap. Let it air dry completely with the lid off. Avoid using bleach, chlorine, steel wool, or abrasive pads. Please check individual product pages to see if a specific lid is dishwasher-safe.

Can I put my Elystora bottle in the freezer or microwave? No. Please never place your drinkware in the microwave or freezer. The double-wall vacuum construction prevents external temperatures from changing the temperature inside, so a freezer will not cool your drink, and a microwave will permanently damage the metal structure and appliance.

Returns & Satisfaction

What is your return policy? We want you to take every sip with complete confidence! Due to strict public health, hygiene, and personal care regulations regarding reusable beverage containers, we accept returns only on completely unused, unwashed items in their original, pristine condition and factory packaging with all security wraps and stickers fully intact within 30 days of delivery.
